It was my wife's 50th birthday and staff went out of their way to make her feel special. Staff greeted so well and always made an effort to walk with us to a place if we were looking to us, very well trained. We would love to visit again, but teh rate may be too high for us... This was a special occassion.

Beautiful and modern. Very nicely decorated. Very thoughtful down to very unique details. It was splendid.

The property was gorgeous with an amazing view of the Zambezi river. Lots of outdoor areas to sit and relax. The rooms were really comfortable and clean. We really enjoyed when staff set up our bed every night with slippers, bottled water and chocolate next to the bed. Everyone was friendly and was happy to assist.

Beautiful location by the river. The pool bar area was very inviting and especially good during sunset. Very comfortable rooms. Excellent wi-fi and very well equipped gym. Very good breakfast buffet. A la carte food quality good. The check-in staff and management were very helpful, friendly and professional. Top quality river cruise on the hotel's boat.
