Staff were the highlight of the hotel, they’re all so friendly and helpful! I organised a surprise in the room for my friend to celebrate her and they executed it well. The pool is the main attraction, it’s truly stunning and a lovely well kept area. The breakfast buffet included was tasty, the lunch and dinner buffets were also nice and you could do a la carte if you wanted. The river cruise was so fun and the spa pool is so warm and relaxing! Had a lovely pedicure and massage. The room was somewhat small for 2 people with luggage but I know the price is because of the amenities and services. I’d stay again and just pay more for a larger room.

A la carte food quality good. The check-in staff and management were very helpful, friendly and professional. Top quality river cruise on the hotel's boat.

We really enjoyed when staff set up our bed every night with slippers, bottled water and chocolate next to the bed. Everyone was friendly and was happy to assist.

It was my wife's 50th birthday and staff went out of their way to make her feel special. Staff greeted so well and always made an effort to walk with us to a place if we were looking to us, very well trained. We would love to visit again, but teh rate may be too high for us... This was a special occassion.
